Your nutritional intake is extremely important in realising the fitness/sports goals you set for yourself.
Gain access to your online log where we can get control of your nutitional habits and make the necessary adjustments that allow what you put in your body to be in harmony with the person you wish to be on the outside.
You can be supplied with an online log for all your nutrition and workouts which can then be adjusted and feedback given to you when needed.
None of this is an obligatory requirement of training, it is just another tool that my clients have reaped the benefits from when using.
