"I “googled” “English speaking personal trainer Madrid” and found David Hughes way back in Sept 08 as I was beginning to feel I had to get into some kind of exercise but could not face another gym.
I never really liked sport or exercise except maybe swimming but David has taught me to “like sport” in a very subtle gradual way. Some of our first sessions started off with some basic THAI boxing and that just got me hooked! I love it and have never felt better
in all my life. I believe that it is an investment in my health and prefer to spend my money this way rather then on doctors or physiotherapists.

I can actually now say for the first time in my life that I enjoy exercising !
