My time in Prison
Yup thats right good ol goody two shoes david was in prison!! You know what makes it even worse?? I bloody paid for it, yup like 300€. I know crazy eh?
So after committing the crime of wearing too much lycra I was sent to Alcatraz prison in San Francisco and forced to jump from the Island to swim to the shore traversing the infamous life threatening currents and 7 different types of shark (that is TRUE!!) they only little nippers tho not hammerheads haha.
So why am I telling you this you numpty, your thinking right? Well it´s coz people said it was IMPOSSIBLE to break out from alcatraz and make it across to San francisco alive. IMPOSSSIBLE THEY SAID!!
Well me and the other 500 idiots who did it that day didn’t listen to them did we, no way José manuel de los santos pedro de la almudena cayetano we said! You see what people tell you is impossible should go in one ear and out the other, screw them!! you are they to say you can´t reach your goal?? Who are they to say you can´t quit smoking, you can´t do this race or that run or you can´t lose those kilos and look and feel great.
Thats just them presenting their fears and belief about THEMSELVES onto you. It has nothing to do with you so screw them and GO FOR IT!!
Im here to tell you you can do ANYTHING you set your mind too, little by little building up and Ive personally trained and coached people to lose over 35kg and then run half marathons which everyone had told them a year ago was IMPOSSIBLE for them. Two fingers up to those “piss onmechips” guys! as in “ don’t piss on my chips if I want to do something”, and if you’re not from Bootle and you don’t understand that then it just means stop pooping on my party.
So heres the little challenge for you my little cupcakes, get out there and set yourself an IMPOSSIBLE goal and GO FOR IT, you know that thing where that little voice in your head says “me?? I can’t do that, impossible” that little piss on chips guy. Grab him by the throat, strangle the life outta him and set it as a goal for yourself, write it down and see how little eby little step by step you start moving towards that goal.
What you waiting for?? I AINT GOT NO CHIPS! 😉 GO GOOOOOO GOOOOOOO
