In case you’re unable to attend a session by force majeure, we can provide you with training homework that you can work on from the comfort of your home.

This is how we achieve results, to have a habit and a holistic plan inside and outside the gym to ensure that you achieve the goal and that it does not depend on an exact number of sessions.
